Situated in a new housing estate in Speers Point, this project was designed to support multigenerational living. The sloping site allowed the main living space to take full advantage of the views while also providing seamless access to the outdoor entertaining area.
The design makes the most of the site’s natural elevation, with the front deck capturing expansive views over Lake Macquarie.
